She kept bragging on you, and although I believed her, I hadn't had any experience on my own working with a travel agent. However, the more I hear about other people's experiences, the more I realize what a great job you did! When I tell people how easy everything was - the transportation, the dining arrangements, the tickets, etc - they are just amazed.

I cannot express to you how much my daughter and I enjoyed the trip. It was so much more than just a vacation. I've been through a lot in the last couple of years, and this trip was a real turning point for me. I got so much more from it than just a visit to a cool vacation spot. While at Disney their computer system showed only one of our 5 dining reservations for us. I emailed Pam from my phone (from within the park) and with in 3 mins (no lie) she had replied back to me with all my confirmation numbers. Pam is who we use when travelling...she's amazing at details which is what you need when experiencing Disney.

She's not local for me so all is done through email or phone which is wonderful because if there's something you aren't sure of, you always have your emails for reference and she's quick to answer your "thousands of questions"...believe me...I always have lots of questions for her when travelling! :-)

Pam is AWESOME! The beginning of our trip did not go well; we were flying with Lufthansa when they decided to go on strike during our layover in Germany. This turned out to be a 12 hour layover instead of the scheduled 1-2 hours without the strike. This made us nervous about missing the cruise. We contacted Pam who let NCL know and we were assured that once we arrived in Venice someone would still be there to guide us the rest of the way, which they did. Then, during our vacation we discovered the strike continued, therefore, we contacted Pam and she worked with NCL who booked us on Delta for our trip home. This was such a relief. Pam and NCL kept us informed the entire time from beginning to end.

My husband had never taken a cruise before and is VERY nervous about traveling outside of the US but, the way our situation was handled has impressed him and he is VERY willing to go on another cruise in the future.
